Our central London evening operation supports GAIL’s Bakery and their Making Good Food go Further initiative by collecting surplus fresh food from the bakeries at the end of the day and delivering it to really worthy charities that support the many vulnerable people living in London. Currently we collect from six bakeries and with continued help from our incredible volunteers we hope to collect from more locations in the coming months.
